At Emmanuel we are committed to having prayer at the centre of everything we do. We regularly pray for Craigavon, Ireland and the nations, as well as praying for one another. We also aim to provide interactive spaces and resources to support individuals to develop their own personal rhythms of prayer.
PRAYER ROOM
We have a designated prayer room with creative and interactive prayer stations. We are committed to weekly and seasonal rhythms of 24-7 prayer.
GATHERED PRAYER
Our Wednesday evening fortnightly prayer gatherings are a time for our Lurgan and Portadown church families to come together, to worship, to pray and to share what God is doing amongst us. We also have a Friday evening prayer walk each week, praying blessing over the town and praying for God’s kingdom to come.
PRAYER MINISTRY
Prayer ministry is available at the end of all our Sunday services. Our team is made up of trusted people who have been trained in praying for others. They will ask if you can share the headline of what you would like prayer for and then will take some time to pray with you.
PRAYER REQUESTS
One of the ways that we express our core values of loving God and loving one another is by carrying each other's burdens in prayer. If you have a prayer request, we encourage you to share this with your lifegroup or to receive prayer ministry on a Sunday.
